Britain 'will soon be healthy again'

Business will be bustling once again for independent estate agents based in the UK, if the
comments of one property expert are to be believed.
James Wrightson, marketing manager at change of address service
iammoving.com, said that the rising house prices in London and the
Home Counties will "inevitably" result in a similar recovery in the
north "sooner or later".
His comments follow the Sunday Times' publication of research by
Savills, which revealed that property prices have increased by 9.7
per cent since March in Hampshire and that Berkshire, Essex, west
Sussex, Cambridgeshire and Kent have also seen rises.
"New life appears to be stirring in the surrounding Home Counties
which is ever a good sign that slowly and surely Britain as a whole
will be healthy again," stated Mr Wrightson.
He advised homeowners who have sufficient funds to make a
determined attempt to move house within the next year.
