Established Parsons & Co, having been Managing Partner of the former Potter & Co. Neil is Dereham’s most experienced estate agent, having traded in the town since 1980. Well known in his youth as a top class rally driver, he still competes in historic rallies with his Mk1 Escort RS1600 and in his time has won dozens of trophies.
Neil now divides his time between overseeing Parsons & Co and being National Chairman of team. Still active in valuing property Neil enjoys the cut and thrust of negotiating and takes great pride in delivering a wonderful service and training the younger members of his team. Neil has dealt with thousands of houses for sale in Dereham.

Zoe joined Parsons & Co in August 2003 and was recently promoted to Office Manager and made a director of Parsons & Co. She has an excellent local knowledge due to always living and working locally. Zoe has worked in estate agency for 10 years and is a fully fledged member of the National Association of Estate Agents and last year qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor, able to provide Energy Performance Certificates.
Zoe is so passionate about her work that she even takes it home with her as she enjoys “roughing it” whilst renovating her 100 year old cottage; the second property which she will have renovated and improved.

Sharon has worked in Estate Agency for over 13 years. She has lived locally for the most of her life originated from Cornwall so is very familiar with the area. Trained initially by one of our corporate rivals, Sharon was headhunted away to Parsons & Co in 2006 and has been a happy and welcoming face ever since.

Tara has been working with the company since July 2007. In that time the market has changed completely, this has provided opportunities for Tara to learn all aspects of the business. She is eager to advance her knowledge and is studying the Technical Award in Residential Letting And Property Management in order to become a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Tara works mainly at our Dereham office although does spend some time at our recently opened Reepham office.

Michelle works at our Reepham office which recently opened in February 2009. She has worked in estate agency in the Reepham area since 1995, so is very knowledgeable about the area and the people in the local town.
Michelle manages the day to day running of the office. She is very excited about the expansion of Parsons & Co to Reepham and feels it brings a wonderful service to the town.
